2.10.25 Update

Happy February!  We just wanted to pop in with a quick little update to share that we received our Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in early January!  This means we have been able to make strides towards a Final Certificate of Occupancy and that the Fire Department now has the option to move in some of their furniture. Some is already onsite and we expect to see regular deliveries moving forward.

On the interior of the building, our subcontractors and the Samet crew are working hard to get all of the finishing touches completed to everyone’s satisfaction.  Outside of the building, the brick has been pressure washed, landscaping is almost done (hoping to see some grass popping up soon!) and the aluminum fence has been installed.  We may be biased, but we think this Fire Station is really looking good!  Keep an eye out for more updates in the coming weeks as we get ready to share the fully finished spaces!
