We are excited to share that all of the foundations have been poured as of Friday, 5/31/24! Footings were dug and rebar was tied and placed within them throughout the week. Concrete trucks arrived onsite Friday for the pour. While they were here, they also installed a concrete pad for our future mock up wall!
While the concrete crew worked to complete this portion of the project, plumbing and electrical crews were also onsite installing some of their underground materials. Both plumbing and electrical crews will remain onsite to continue with this work.
Additionally, sitework crews continue to install storm runs around the property.
Early this week, the mason will arrive onsite with materials to begin installing the first two courses of CMU Block. Our team is looking forward to seeing the project beginning to move in a vertical direction!
