The jobsite has been busy the past couple of weeks! As of yesterday the CMU walls for the apparatus bay are FINISHED! The steel arches were installed above the openings for the overhead garage doors late last week and they look amazing. This is going to be a beautiful building when we are finished.
Our plumbers, electricians, and concrete crews worked over the past couple weeks to prep the east bay of the building for the slab on grade pour. This pour occurred on Monday. Our framers were onsite late this week as well to do some layouts as they prepare to start metal framing. And next week we will see our roof trusses delivered!
Other items to note were the install of the fire hydrants in the front and back of the property, and the install of the brick veneer on the mockup wall. Our architects will be able to utilize this to give confirmation on their selections for grout color.
